I also have an intimate understanding of relocation; I lived and worked in Prague, CZ, from 1993 - 1997, in outboard motor and aluminimum boat manufacturing-upon our return to the US we settled in Falls Church, VA. I was born and raised in south eastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a major in Communications. Seller reviewYanji had helped me by walking through my house months before I was ready to sell with advice on changes needed before I listed it. Also, knew her from the neighborhood and liked her. Felt she was professional, had good knowledge of our neighborhood and Fairfax, in general. Had problems with first 2 offers but not Yanji's fault; also market changed right in the middle of selling my house; again not Yanji's fault. I was disappointed that I was the only house this year that sold under asking price in our neighborhood but also I didn't want to just leave my house on the market for too long. Yanji helped me through all the problems with patience and advice.

Seller reviewWe felt very comfortable with Yanji from the start. She has a lot of knowledge both in real estate in general as well as local area knowldedge. She was very supportive in every aspect of our sale from beginning to end and we always felt she had our best interest at heart. She provided us with styling help of our home which we believe helped the house look its best. The pictues and brochure of the house were fantastic. She was great at explaining procedures and presenting options. Yanji kept us continously updated, and she was always very responsive with messages and email.

Yanji recommended a handyman who did excellent work. His help was indispensable. Yanji consistently provided quick, excellent advice. She was always cool under pressure. Yanji helped me deal with a very difficult COVID sales environment last year. My initial closing fell through and I rented to my "buyer" for almost a year. Then we went back on the market and the sale went through quickly. I cannot recommend Yanji highly enough!
