She always went out of her way to explain the approach we needed to take to not only sale our home but took time to help us in our search to locate and purchase our present home. She always took extra time to make sure we understood all the legalities and complexities of the many documents required during both selling our old home and buying our new home. This is why we returned to her when we decided to sell the property next to the old home. Again, Sam did not disappoint.
