Buyer reviewWalter is a personal friend, high school classmate, and we go to the same church. I've known him all my life. His wife is one of my best friends. I trust his judgement, expertise and advice regarding real estate matters. He was patient in explaining anything I didn't understand. I am completely satisified. This was a fixer upper house and I intend to ask Walter to list it when we are ready to sell.

Seller reviewWalter is very familiar with the area and has lived in this area for a long time which is valuable when selling. Also, he would probably know or know of the buyers and this is helpful. We know he is a super volunteer in Mt.Olive and a good religious person and always dressed nicely which is also important. He is well known in the area and knows a lot of people and he was always trying to talk people into taking a look at our house. He's just an all around good guy whom we had a lot of confidence in. He & us had a lot of patience which finally paid off.
