Mr Smack was readily available and respectful of my wishes. He never made a decision without my feedback and approval. When I became overwhelmed and anxious, Mr Smack had a way of simplifying what was unbeknownst to me. I would recommend him to the best of the best.

We had a previous realtor who had difficulty narrowing down what we wanted in a home. He would steer us away from foreclosures and short sales. In fact he would not even walk through the homes as he would in the regular sale home. He would sit on the steps and wait for us to finish looking. He would even point out all of the downfalls of short sales and foreclosures. It made us doubt wanting to purchase at all. Our first interaction with Don we saw seven homes. All of those homes met the specific criteria we wanted. In fact, we placed an offer on one of them. Unfortunately, we did not get that short sale. Don stuck by us of for the next 7 offers after that. He walked us through everything without bias or any issue. He was always open and honest about everything even if he was the one who made the mistake. He was always looking out for our best interest maintaining both professionalism and humor in times of high stress. The home we finally purchased gave Don and us a hard way to go. Don never once stopped pushing the seller (bank), realtor and attorney to do what needed to be done. He fought for us and our home. Never once did Don let a tough market, reluctant seller's, or situation stop him from getting us to the finish line. We will forever appreciate his hard work, sweat and aggravation he endured to get us our home. We cannot describe how amazing it feels to have OUR home where we will watch our twin daughters grow. I grew up living in one house my entire childhood but my wife lived in several different apartments in different states. I am happy that Don was able to help me give my wife and children a home. Thank you Don.
