Sold quickly and happy with the selling price. Can't say much more than my responses above! Would recommend Frank Maione to anyone buying or selling a home. The staff at C21 was always available to help and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Patty Rohe who I dealt with a number of times. She was very helpful and answered any question I had regarding the closing and if she didn't know (which was rare) she would always find me the answer or direct me to someone who could.
