He knew what we wanted, how we needed to be sure and gave us the advice needed to get the offer accepted. He always went about and out of his way to make sure our questions were answered and addressed. There are many realtors to choose from; Doug however is a skilled professional who will go that extra mile for you when he knows it will matter in the end. Not too many out here like Doug.

I cannot remember the exact way Doug ended up my realtor, but I know he reached out to me when I was searching for homes, and his desire to help me find the right place at the right price was wonderful. If I saw something I was interested in, he had an appointment to see it within hours. He truly goes above and beyond. I'm very thankful Doug found me. I'd recommend him, use him again, and consider him a friend as well as a professional. Doug is a credit to Century 21. Doug helped me with every aspect of finding and buying my home. He set me up with lenders and I was able to get preapproved , he showed me a ton of houses until I found one I liked that I could afford, and he stayed with me through every step of the closing which I managed to royally mess up. Even now if I have a question or just want to say hi, he responds within minutes. Simply stated, Doug Jacobs is a terrific realtor and a really nice guy.
