Seller reviewGrace Hodges is a professional in every sense of the word. She is articulate, savvy and a great negotiator. She works hard for her clients and her approach to the transaction is as though she is selling her own property. She doesn't miss a detail, her experience in the Atlanta market is great allowing her to provide sound advice to her clients. We have used Grace on 4 separate transactions in the last 5 years and would use her again if we didn't move out of state. She also served as a family therapist, talking us down from what we thought were huge road blocks/issues. She has numerous resources that can tackle any issue or concern that may be raised. She is great to work with.

She pointed out things to me that I was clueless about (e.g. "You have to paint this siding every 5 years or moisture will seep in." "Drive under garages hurt resell value." "You have to check the type of stucco this house has because you don't want synthetic.") She was keenly aware of the area I wanted to purchase in and knew what neighborhoods were in my price range that I should consider. She answered every email, text, and phone call quickly. She helped me all the way through the buying process and made it so painless! I will totally work with her again and recommend her to all my friends.

Seller reviewGrace has helped us before with the sale and purchase of our homes. Every time she has provided great research, knew the market and priced our house to sell properly! She got us a great price and it sold quickly! On the purchase of our house she was able to negotiate several items to our favor and explained everything when we had questions. In our interaction with her on 2 house sales, one sold the day it went on the market, the other sale was on the market for a day and a half. Grace also provided great advice when we were preparing to sell even a year in advance of our planned sale date! We notified her when things were completed and she motivated (without badgering) about getting things done which all helped the house sell quickly! Overall, she is an amazing professional who knows everything related to houses, contracts, marketing, landscaping, physical condition of the house, and even septic tanks!
