Seller reviewHannah Kim has a very pleasant personality. She is very kind, she treats you like family. Either selling or buying a property, Hannah does it as if is her own house. She is extremely committed to her clients, and trust worthy. She always keep her promises. She is always on time. She is very good keeping her clients updated, and she is very good on keeping everyone on task including lander, inspectors, etc. Hannah Kim has a "service mentality" rather than a "get the job done and get paid mentality," and that is what we loved the most about her! We bought a house during this crazy market (2021), and she was working hard to find properties for us, and fought for us until we got the house we wanted. After we bought our house, we sold our older house, and Hannah Kim did not let us down. She really knows what she is doing, she helped us to list our home at a great price! Her marketing strategies are great, and she walked us through the whole process explaining everything to us. If we ever have to buy or sell a house, we will definitely call Hannah Kim again.
