Based on their recommendations, I asked Jill to assist with the purchase of my 1031 exchange investment. We happened to be out of town when we found the perfect investment property in Roswell. Jill quickly toured it and sent me pictures and videos- going way above expectations. She devised a great plan to help us secure this property in a very competitive environment. Our offer was selected and we had a smooth closing about 2 weeks later. Great knowledge of the market, negotiating skills, professionalism, communication, and organization.
