Seller reviewLynzi Kiser was truly exceptional. I met Lynzi when selling my home in 2021. The experience was such a pleasure. She is so knowledgeable and walked us through the steps flawlessly. For this I call her a magical realtor. This year I had to sell my parents' home. Lynzi again went above and beyond. Her advice on how to handle the situation was spot on and an immense help. Her responsiveness to help in such a tough situation was truly a blessing. I did not live in Georgia when my parents' home had to be sold. Lynzi helped with everything we could not do. This included an estate sale, donating what was left, shredding documents, had it cleaned and sold it quickly. The whole time dealing with the neighbors, association, and anyone else who needed something. I would recommend her to my closest friends, family and anyone who asks.

Lynzi is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about selling. She is very good at negotiating with buyers and got us the best deal possible on both houses. She is also very good at keeping contact and answering any questions we had! We will definitely use her in the future!

Seller reviewLynzi was fantastic first time ever that we had an offer on a property that came back 10k more than asking and only got better from there. In the situation that I put Lynzi in on selling the property was not the easiest situation to manage and she did it with flying colors. She needs an article in the Century 21 monthly newsletter and her dedication to her customers.
