Buyer reviewOur Realtor Sachin Ulagadde deserves 10 stars! We were looking for an affordable investment property in hot real estate market in Cumming. We couldn't find anything for months and Sachin was very responsive and kept showing us multiple houses with variety of options. He would let us know what to look in a house and what can be overlooked or can be fixed/correceted later. He listened to our needs and budget, and recommended a multiple lenders to compare. It took a while with affordable homes going quickly, but Sachin was on top of it the whole time. He negotiated with the seller, helped us get the issues fixed that were found during the inspections. He was great to work with and answered every question. He even helped us find the renters and did the rental agreements. I cannot say thank you enough!

He has made the overall process a smooth journey for us. This was so important for us since we were buying the property remotely from a different state.
