Mr. King guided me through the entire process, from searching for houses to making the offer and closing the deal. Although there were unforeseen delays with the loan process, Mr. King was always available to assist with anything that was needed. I credit Walter King's knowledge of the area and expertise that made for a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. I have worked with other agents in the pass but never had I had such a pleasurable experience. Mr. King knows the market inside and out. I don't think that I could have gotten such a great deal in a home without him. In the upcoming year, I plan to purchase a rental property and look forward to working with Mr. King again.
