My wife and I hit it off with Bill immediately, as we all had the same college alma mater, Montana State. Bill and I even had a few common classmates. Bill had a real knack at helping us determine what we wanted in a new home. He was very patient with us, yet we never felt like we were wasting his time. He clearly wanted us to find a home that we would be happy with. The recent changes in the market place here around Sandpoint is where Bill really shined. We knew we had to work quickly, yet Bill seemed to know how much time we could take and still not lose the property to somebody else. I really enjoyed working with Bill and highly recommend him to others. I would like to keep in contact with him, as he has a wealth of knowledge about many local issues.
