How often do are you truely able to tell someone *this* is person you need to go to??? His calm guidance was instrumental in getting this deal completed and his customer service throughout the process was outstanding, including being accessable even during somewhat off hours. Buyer reviewJiwan is fantastic! My first interaction with Jiwan was when he replied to my email with a consise answer to a specific question. No intrusive questions about needing an agent or, what was I looking for, or can I call you, nothing, just an answer to the question I asked. No sales pitch! I appreciated that, so when things got serious (several months later), my first call was Jiwan. Jiwan is a matter of fact kind of person. He answered questions truthfully even if I didn't like the answer. ...that's a good thing! I would absolutely work with Jiwan again, if the need arises.

Buyer reviewJiwan Ripley was outstanding. His performance went above and beyond and that's what I needed to close a deal. He was the only agent that ever sent me listings prior to my panhandle visit and the only one that got what I was looking for. He was friendly, accommodating, generous, professional and packed with local real estate area knowledge. My wife thinks he is the bomb diggity (the best). I doubt any other agent could have sold me a house. If I was the CEO at C21, I would pick Jiwan to train my other agents and at the very least make him an area manager. Jiwan is a Top notch agent.
