    We were very impressed with the professional handling in selling our parents property. E Ann Redfield of Century 21 Riverpointe knew the local area, property values and current market. She arrived with a folder containing information representing her company with all contact numbers and a description of the real estate service plan. This plan was handy to read at our leisure and answered any questions we had. Ann kept us fully aware with phone calls on each step in the selling our family home. Trusted resource people were provided when needed. An example of this were the photos taken to showcase both in and out of the home. They highlighted the homes features and were well done.
