Seller reviewWe felt that Sandra did an excellent job selling our condo when there really was no market for condos in that area at that time. She had to deal with our alarm system, getting a plumber to turn water, etc. back on before it was arranged to have an inspector come in. During all this, she had knee replacement surgery but still helped the sale go through.

Buyer reviewI meant Sandy through the internet and it turned out to be the most positive real estate transactions I've had. I was buying my 5th house when I found Sandy, and I was pretty specific about what I wanted in a property. Sandy was extremely good at finding houses that matched what I wanted and was more than willing to show me as many houses as I wanted to see until I found the right one. She gave me excellent advice on the area and the home values and I had great faith in her ability to find me the right property. And she did! The house I bought was more than I could have hoped for and I loved it from the minute we saw it. She made the whole process easy and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have the utmost faith in Sandy's knowledge of the real estate market and it paid off. She's a terrific realtor to work with and I count her as a friend.
