She absolutely exceeded my expectations and made the process easy and enjoyable especially during a time when buying/finding a home is difficult and stressful. She did everything in a timely manner and was able to relay information in an easily understandable way. If I ever intend to buy or sell a property, she is the one I will go to. There is not a bad thing I can say about Joy. Wendy was lovely. She was so kind and compassionate and can brighten anyone's day. Everyone at Century 21 was easy to talk to and provided a safe, warm, and welcome environment.

Joy Shaw was recommended to us by a friend and she completely exceeded our expectations. Once we decided on a lot, she got all of the paperwork to us quickly and saw it through until closing.
