This was a difficult process for me because I absolutely loved my home and although excited to move I often was emotional, panicked, fearful, waving in and out of uncertainty about the move, it was bitter sweet to say the least. One young adult living with me had extreme anxiety over people coming in and out of the house, Lena helped to keep him grounded purely due to her ability to understand what was going on with him and the stresses moving can cause. She helped us rent our place out a few times and also with the sale of the property. What sets her apart from others is she is genuine and really cares for her clients. She spends time building a relationship with her clients - to the point you almost feel like you are the only client she has. She was extremely responsive to our concerns and feedback and always ensured we were actively engaged in making decisions around how to best list the property, while guiding us with her expertise. She was extremely transparent and kept us apprised of all relevant information. She is also an excellent negotiator and proactively worked with other relators (forging relationships along the way) to help move potential offers along. She did a great job looking at buyer feedback and taking into account potential small changes we could make with our listing/marketing - which resulted in an immediate sale.
