Excellent real estate professional. I would recommend Dean to anyone looking to sell. Painful - Cobleskill was a beautiful and vibrant community that has now seemed to lost its value and pride that we've experienced from 1969 through 2010 or earlier. Watching our family home deteriorate in value to such a strong degree was depressing. Dean Nunamann was always positive and active on our behalf. He cared and also had empathy for these beautiful Victorian homes that are now selling for 1/2 price. I'm very glad we used his office for this sale.
