As a lifelong resident of Chicago, Chip has an intimate understanding of the city and its neighborhoods. He has lived and owned property in communities including Lincoln Park, the South Loop, Humboldt Park and the West Loop. As a long-time resident of the West Loop, along with his wife and three children, he is passionate about the community and all that it has to offer.

He has been a successful Realtor for more than 15 years and has experience working with sellers and buyers of all property types including first time home buyers, those with families moving to a larger home, and seasoned investors. He works hard to understand the specific needs of each of his clients to ensure finding the right property and negotiating the best deal. Chip knows that buying a property is one of the biggest investments an individual can make, and he takes the extra steps to guarantee the transaction goes smoothly from beginning to end. He also has extensive experience underwriting large residential deals which gives him a valuable perspective on projects that are being developed in the West Loop and throughout Chicago.

Chip has a master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy, with an emphasis on Real Estate Development and has used his background to focus his business on communities with the greatest potential for growth.
