He works timelessly to give his clients comprehensive and accurate information upon which to make informed decisions.Te'an's served 24 years in the Illinois National Guard, with one deployment in Iraq, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. When he returned to the states, Te'an continued his military career as a firearms and tactics instructor, expanding his responsibilities later to Diversity Integration and Resiliency Training. That later became Te'an signature skill as denoted by his soldiers continuing use of the cognomen "Sargent" even after his retirement.Te'an commitment to resiliency underlies his tireless work ethic that summarizes his commitment to clients. Seller reviewTe'An was all the things above and more. He was there to calm me down whey the lawyers got into it or when the buyer and her agent had questions. Prior to signing him as my agent friends told me to sell without an agent. What terrible advice that was!!!!!! There is no way I could have done this without the guidance of Te'An. He was truly a life-saver. It was was well worth the cost of his fee to have him walk me through this pretty tense process. There were times when the lawyer would call or email me with questions using legal terms that would cause me to get nervous and didn't know what they meant. I would call Te'An who would break it down in simple terms for me to understand. He was just there to interpret the legal jargon. I will highly recommend Te'An Swington to all friends and family buying or selling homes. Due to the fact that my rental property sold in 1 day for 17,000 over asking price, I am now considering selling my home and purchasing a condo . You know I'm calling Te'An to walk me thru all of that.

Buyer reviewTean made what could have been an extremely stressful situation wonderful. The market was definitely in favor of sellers and we had to go through several negotiations and play the waiting game. He was available for my mini panic attacks whilst waiting to hear from the sellers and kept me abreast of everything that went on. I cannot say enough about how great of an agent he is!!
