I am a New Orleans native, born and raised. I graduated from Brother Martin High School and later graduated from southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Economics. My current hobbies include modern tech gadgets, spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and volunteering with various local organizations. I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the New Orleans Metropolitan area. Seller reviewOur first experience with selling a home in the New Orleans area, which thanks to Karl it was a pleasant one. He understood what we wanted to accomplish as well as being knowledgeable about the market in the area. He was very patient with our request concerning the existing tenants as we were very careful not to disturb their well being while dealing with the sale of the property. We have gained a friend in Karl and hope to stay in contact in the future. Certainly shared a lot of laughs together and that made this entire venture smoother as it was a bitter sweet departure from a home we had fallen in love with and treasured as a little get away. It will undoubtedly be missed! Thank you Karl for feeling the love we felt for our Hennessey home!
