Seller reviewKevin Grant went the extra mile to keep me informed and staying in touch as to progress when I had to probate a will. That's why it took so long to actually sell. Otherwise it took a very short time to actually find a buyer. Getting title insurance was where the holdup for actually selling was. I was not aware a will had to be probated in order to get title insurance.
