She was also great about conducting official business electronically all the way through closing without me having to travel to Florida. She made it easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewMaria was outstanding. She fully understood my needs and desire of location. Buying new construction, Maria went beyond what a typical agent might do. While I was away living in my primary state of NY, she would drive by, take pictures and give me updates of the construction process.Maria even went to the final walk through where she went through the residence with the builder and pointed out details that needed to be corrected before closing. Maria is very knowledgeable, personable and knows her market area very well. One of the best real estate agents for sure!
