Buyer reviewWhen I found the home that I wanted to see on the internet, the listing had 3 agents as contacts. After reading the information on all 3, I chose Priscilla Ligotti, When I called her, she was very receptive and we made an appointment to see the property right away. When we met, I found she was a young energetic Agent who knew all about the house, it's history and the Sellers, I told Priscilla I wanted to make an offer and she wrote the contract. Priscilla found the sellers quite difficult to negotiate with, but she persevered with offer, counter offers and conditions. Priscilla kept me informed of all the twist and turns in the negations before the closing.
