Buyer reviewPhil is honest, works hard at finding the right home, works harder at selling, not just listing your home. He is available day and night. There isn't a dumb question in his mind. We told him the moment we find the right home we will buy it, but it might take a week or it might take a year. Phil didn't even flinch at that when others might have witten us off. We ended up with our forever home and with Pam, I didn't think that would ever happen

Seemed only logical that if I were going to purchase this house that having the same agent sell my house would be to my advantage. Always available 24/7. Nothing lies around waiting for Phil to respond. He is very prompt. No Realtor knows more about Glacier Club than Phil Phil is very focused on the job at hand and a go getter
