I would highly recommend Nikki Wade! From listing to closing, the process was done quickly and efficiently. Nikki had great ideas on marketing our home, doing an open house to get more foot traffic, and even added a personal touch of supplying disposable shoe covers in a basket for people so that our hardwood floors and carpet would stay clean.
