Seller reviewLuis was able to pay attention to every small detail at the moment which is why it is my belief in why I was able to get my property under contract in just under four days and closed in two weeks, just before the holidays. While surrounding properties were still sitting on the market I was greatfull to sell mine in under two weeks. This was because of the agents understanding and attention to small details in the market at the current time. To this day three month later there are still properties that have not gone under contract and it's because of poor judgment on the other agents. Luis Cruz had the correct mind set coming in and it paid off at the end.
