Prepping and selling a house is stressful stuff. Nataliya Honcharenko was readily available at every step of the process with her calm demeanor to help get us through. She gave us good solid advice and ideas, backed with details and examples, and brought in team members and her broker as support at points through to process to make sure all of our questions were not only answered, but answered thoroughly. She listened to our feedback and evaluation of the market, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses diplomatically, and helped us craft our plan. She was responsive to questions from us and the buyers. We highly recommend her as an agent and would use her again to buy or sell a home.

Nataliya was a breath of fresh air. After months of dealing with other realtors that were riddled with self importance complexes and belittling my lack of real estate knowledge, Nataliya was just what I needed. She is kind, thoughtful and direct. Her informative and straight to the point disposition was a well needed relief. Nataliya was also quite prompt. Always updating me on new locations or working after hours and during personal time to answer any questions I might've had. She was hard working, and efficient. Nataliya reached out to seller agents, and other workers throughout this process, effortlessly. I don't have enough kind words for Nataliya, aside from; Thank you for finding me a home, and thank you for the delicious champagne! PS/TLDR: Over a year working with other agents and I was not making progress on finding a home... Barely over a month working with Natalia and I've found a home to be in love with.
