If it had not been for Elena I would not have bought, because on several occasions I thought about giving up and she encouraged me to continue until I got it. She is the best! It was like having a friend walking you through the process never giving up moral support especially for my Girlfriend every time someone out bid us. Too bad she doesn't remodel and paint I would hire her.
