Buyer reviewColleen was absolutely amazing to work with. My boyfriend and I began our very first home buying experience with her and she made it so fun, relaxed and accessible. We were never left in the dark about any of the complicated issues that popped up during our experience and Colleen always made sure we felt comfortable and in control of our future! I would recommend her to any first time homebuyer in the area as she is such a joy to work with.

She was an amazing person to work with, always staying on top of the details and taking care of the next step for us to close on time. She is a true advocate for her clients, handling issues when they arise. For example, we had a situation where the fridge was missing from the purchased home after closing even though it was suppose to stay per the contract. She handled the liaising with with the sellers agent, negotiated a favorable solution for us, and saw it through to completion. We would love to work with her again in the future. She should be more awesome, but she can't, because she already is THE best awesome-sauce available.
