Dave is easy to talk with, listens very attentively, is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and was there to support our needs and wants in a home. His guidance and suggestions were also very much appreciated as we navigated through the current wild and competitive housing market. Dave is also switched on, connected, prompt, reliable, an excellent communicator, and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home for our family.
