Buyer reviewDierdre was awesome and worked really hard to make sure we understood all aspects of the offer and went above and beyond to connect with the sellers realtor and find out what was important to the sellers. She also worked with the sellers realtor on the appraisal coming under the agreed offer amount and saved us $6,500 at closing. We worked really quickly and closed within 3 weeks and she was on top of it all and helped us meet the finish line on time and under budget.
