Seller reviewEric accurtely priced our house as is, with some repairs, versus with some repairs and a complete modernization/upgrade of the interior. He hired and managed the crews who did the work, which took significant time and effort. We estimated the work would increase the sale price approximately $100,000.00, with a profit of approximately $30,000.00. Within a day after listing, we received two offers that beat expectations. Eric gave expert advice on the offers and managed negotiation and inspection items to our satisfction. Profit from doing the upgrade is estimated between $28,000.00 and $46,000.00 depending on a high versus low price estimate on selling the house as is, with some repairs. We greatly appreciate Eric's effort and professionalism.
