Buyer reviewMy wife and I had a wonderful experience with Scott as our realtor. We were first-time homebuyers and a bit intimidated by the process, but learned so much from Scott as he guided us through each step. Scott cares for his clients and made us feel that our needs were important, and gave us his undivided attention. He was quick to set up showings and communicate. He is a great listener and friendly to the point where we really looked forward to every showing. At the showings, Scott's strengths include knowledge of the Indy market, home inspection advice, and learning about his clients' individual needs. When it came to putting in the offer, Scott is strong in negotiation tactics in addition to price. We made an offer on a competitive home, and wouldn't have been accepted if it wasn't for Scott. We will always be grateful for Scott's help and he has helped establish our family for many years to come. I would recommend him to anyone and am confident he is the best realtor around Indy

He was always very patient with me and all my online home searches and all the questions that came up from what I found and the recommendations he sent to me. I would highly recommend Scott and his very helpful knowledge of the all the areas I was considering.
