Jessica was a wonderful advocate and support for us throughout our home-buying process. Some items came back on the inspection report that required remediation and she was immediately reaching out to her contacts and gathering prices and information to help us make informed decisions. She also anticipated our needs and provided resources and referrals to us that we didn't even know we needed yet, which saved us significant time and energy. The seller's realtor was the high-pressure, ultimatum type, which was very overwhelming initially, but Jessica helped us to navigate the negotiation process in a collaborative, professional manner and maintained her composure and support of us throughout. She was extremely timely and consistent with her responding and communication and made herself available to us for many showings opposite her side of town with little notice. She is also very approachable and personable and it was evident every step that she genuinely cared and had our best interests in mind. We really can't say enough about the service we received from Jessica and we will definitely be utilizing her again in the future!
