Not once did we feel pressured to make any decisions we weren't ready for - Kate was there to provide guidance and support as we navigated unfamiliar territory. Kate consistently put our interests ahead of her own, making sure that we had the information and time we needed to make the best call for our family. It seems to me Kate is in the business for much more than a paycheck - she really cares, and consistently went above and beyond to help us overcome the hurdles the buying process can place. I was so impressed with both her knowledge and her dedication to helping us secure the home we fell in love with. I have some health issues and she really looked out for me, making sure the sellers corrected anything that could have adverse health impacts. She truly went above and beyond. I would heartily recommend her to any of my friends or family who are looking for a realtor. She's the best in my book.
