We originally went with other broker who offered a lower rate of commission and indicated a high sell of our home. We struggled with little to no feed back or help to get our home sold. After our house sat on the market with no showings. I started to rethink Michelle's original advice. We had interviewed Michelle when we first started because a close friend recommended her and we passed due to commission. I decided to text her to see if what I was experiencing with the broker was normal. I wasn't really getting feedback or advice from the one I had chosen. Michelle was very kind in her response. She never spoke poorly of my broker and did provide some feedback of how one might try to sell my home. She even commented on a few of my home pictures and confirmed a few things I had thought. We wanted to stop stressing, sell our home by the time our new home was built and enjoy our holidays. She advised us to take the home off the market, wait until after the holidays, so we could enjoy them in peace. She listed the marketing she could do and just walked us through the whole process. We went with Michelle's advice and parted ways with our previous relator. What a DIFFERENCE. I cannot overstate how different the care was with Michelle. She seemed to anticipate my questions before I even asked them. She would keep us advised on home sales, the marketing and the open house. We felt heard and cared for. In my previous experience I was googleing everything to try and figure things out, with Michelle there was no need. She walked us through everything and had sooo much knowledge to share. My pictures were amazing!! We sold our home after 2 days and at a price we had hoped for. We had a few items that came up during the home inspection and she not only explained each item, gave us options on how to move forward, but also found us repair men. It was way above anything we had expected. We were more than happy to pay the commission for this level of service. She was the best! She turned our experience around and brought peace to the home selling process. She was such a blessing to our family. Thank you! Beyond what we expected.
