Buyer reviewWhen we first met Jan in 2014, we had interviewed several realtors from various agencies to sell a home in IN while we moved to WI. She stood out from the others in that she didn't give us a standard sales pitch, but listened, answered & asked questions, gave suggestions on what needed to be done (paint, carpets, etc). When it went on the market it sold in 2 days. When we decided to move back to IN, I contacted Jan immediately. We communicated mostly by phone, text & email. She set us up to see daily listings of homes in the area we wanted and the type we wanted. We met personally 3 times during this process. During an open house that both my daughter & Jan attended & based on their recommendation, we put a bid on our current house without ever seeing it. When the bid was accepted, we drove down to look at it. I am not at all disappointed. The entire process took about 2 months, during which time we saw the home twice until closing. If I ever move again, it will definitely be Jan Sutton that I contact first.
