I was born and raised in Poland but have resided in United States since 1993. Before moving to Florida, I lived and work in Chicago for many years. My love for the beach and beautiful weather year round inspired me to make the best decision of my life and move my family to Venice, Florida. My interest in obtaining a Real Estate License was founded on my personal experience in investing in real estate. As a Certified Home Decorator I assist customers with Home Staging Services before listing a property. Being bilingual (second language - Polish) allows me to translate documents and navigate through transaction process, and give buyers or sellers confidence and peace of mind. In my free time I enjoy traveling, gardening, reading, comedy clubs and entertainment, but my biggest joy are my three children. I'm also passionate about healthy living and environmentally friendly lifestyle for my family in our home in Florida. Buyer reviewMarlena met us as we ventured in the door and asked if she could help us ... we told her what we were looking for and she immediately produced a hit list of properties to look at .... we liked several of them and she helped us focus in on a final product. She delicately led us through the process allowing us to explore but redirecting us when we got off track. When we asked for things she responded in a timely manner. She wsa perfect for us. Not your typical hard push sell... she let us sell ourselves (which is how you want it to be).
