He looked out for our best interests and helped us navigate information in regards to the construction of a new home which we had no experience with. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with our realtor, Mike Daniell. We could not have successfully made a home purchase without him, he went above and beyond to assist us with our special needs being out of state.

I wanted that for my home buying experience. Mike took time to understand what I was looking for and what areas of town I was interested in and took me to many homes. Mike was patient with me because it was my first purchase and I wanted to get it right. We eventually found the house I was looking for and Mike helped through a longer than usual closing process. I'm very happy with Mike and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

Mike was very professional, patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, responded to questions in a timely manner, respectful., approachable, and there was clear and open communication between us through out the entire home buying process. There was some communication difficulties/issues with builder during the building process and Mike was able to quickly resolve all issues. Mike was awesome throughout the buying process he was knowledgeable about the communities I was looking to purchase in. The whole home buying process was easy and seamless, which resulted in a successful closing. I would definitely use Mike Daniell's for any future real estate needs and recommend him to friends, family, etc.
