Not only were they knowledgeable and answered our questions/concerns, the attentiveness in responding quickly is unlike something we have ever experienced. Not only were they our "buyer-brokers" but they made us feel at ease...and like newly found friends. They both worked extremely well, complimenting each other in the sense each one knew what the other was doing and they handled their separate but coordinated responses very well.
