Seller reviewChristine is an excellent agent. She is very professional at al times and our buyers were quite difficult to work with. Christine exhibits a lot of patience but still motivates the clients to get the tasks completed in a timely manner. We brought the buyer to Christine but she was the key to keeping the transaction held together. Christine managed an outside lender and a new escrow officer who made the transaction somewhat difficult. Without Chrisitne's efforts this sale would have fallen through. Christine was key to this closing Christine Koerwitz is a valuable agent, she will bring many referrals over the years because of the person she is; her integrity, patience and work habits are beyond expectations.
