Buyer reviewConnie was recommended by a friend who had been in real estate. Connie well exceeded my expectations in her work with me and my son, as he bought my current home. Connie was always advising me as to the value of homes we looked at. She was aware of problems in homes and honestly told me what she thought of them. Connie was very knowledgeable about the various areas where I looked for homes. She communicated with me frequently, allaying my worries and often anticipating questions I may have. She was extremely patient as I had set expectations on what I wanted in a home but was clueless about costs, etc., since I had lived in my current home for 42 years. She was very helpful and understanding when I changed course in the middle of home looking. The young lady at the front desk was always gracious and helpful as I had to bring in forms to be scanned and sent to the lender and title company. While I wouldn't say buying a house was enjoyable, Connie smoothed the way and brought me through it with laughter and a much better understanding of things than when I started the whole process. She was a delight to work with!

Buyer reviewConnie Mega is a bull dog. She is going to go all the way and beyond to make sure that her clients get the very best. She has no issue getting in and getting dirty when it comes to the rough stuff. She dug deep and found a buried code violation on our property, took the reins and held our hand all the way to closing of the property. We still have a few things to follow up on in order to close the violation, she'd be right there even still if we asked her to. Connie cares about her position and the clients that trust in her to provide them with the very best. She puts in a lot of long hours, researching, calling and prodding to make the real estate transaction 110% transparent. To those that have to go up against her I say, good luck, you are not going to get her to back down. If Connie can't get it done, then I don't know who can. On a personal note: I feel that we not only had a great professional relationship with Connie, but a lifetime friendship was made and we are proud to call her friend.
