Seller reviewHave worked with Felicia previously, so didn't need to look elsewhere. She helped us get the condo fixed up and in shape to sell, then provided the staging of it. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. We got over asking price and accepted an offer in about a week. I can't think of anything I could recommend improvement on. We had a wonderful experience with Felicia. As our dealings were all with her, I'm not sure the role CENTURY 21 played, but would use them as long as it was with Felicia.
