We're incredibly thankful that we found our first home with Marietta and Joey Tenerife. As first home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process but they were able to guide us through the system. From the get-go they were communicative and gave us the warmest welcome. They really listened to our concerns and worked with our schedule to go house hunting. Throughout the process, they gave us insightful tips without any pressure to buy a house right away. They were very patient and accommodating with our wants/needs with regards to what type of house and neighborhood we were looking for. They also advocated for us and communicated on our behalf to get us the best deals out there. After searching for one month…we found our first home! Marietta and Joey worked in tandem and helped us navigate through the daunting paperwork and real estate jargons. They made the process seamless and we give them our highest recommendation!

Joey and Marietta were a dream to work with. They are very knowledgeable and upfront of the things I needed to know to sell my property. Joey is very good with communication and offer suggestions when it came to inspection. Very helpful when it comes to information. I never had problem with them. I had smooth transaction with them. I would recommend his services to my friends and family.

Thank you Marietta and Joey for taking us under your wing on this journey which Louie and I have no knowledge about or any experience on. During the whole process, we felt like we have a big brother and sister who are watching us in every step. We felt like family. You listened to us whenever we express our thoughts and guided us with options. It was a humongous undertaking for us which we didn't expect to be dealing with until the next couple of years, and it's all so surreal when you both helped us realize what could be done now and not later, and even that, you were not pushing. You both would say, "think about it, let it simmer." Marietta would text me not long after she wakes up in the morning about concerns and her own thoughts overnight, and I truly appreciate that. I feel like she'd been doing more thinking than I did. They were not hesitant to reach out for resources so we could get clear answers and in that way, we feel like their service was personally structured for what we need. We had to tag two toddlers along with us whenever we meet up but Marietta and Joey never made us feel bad or bothered about it. They both made a mark in our lives as we continue our journey in building our family and we thank them both.
