Seller reviewMary Olsen is the total package. She was instrumental in the sale of my property for the most profitable amount. I don't see any weaknesses. I see a lot of strengths. She has a group of people to call on for support. All of her contacts did good work and put the house in the best of shape at a very reasonable cost. That made a huge difference in selling at almost eight percent above asking price. THANK YOU MARY!

Mary showed me a detailed sales plan that reflected her deep understanding of the local housing market. Her suggested listing price was supported by very recent sales data and her knowledge of buyer demand for the particular model we were selling, lot size, location, house condition, etc. Simply put, Mary took care of everything - she did far more than one would expect. She could not have made the process easier for me. She obviously loves her job and she is very good at it!
