Bibi is very informative and is always available to her clients. She is helpful and adds a personal understanding to the experience of selling or buying a home. I recommend Bibi for one of the most expensive purchase's you make in a lifetime. She can make the experience very easy and without the pressure and stress.

Buyer reviewI would enthusiastically recommend Bibi Santana and CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise to anyone looking to purchase property in the Cape Coral Area. We presented the added challenge of not being at all familiar with the area. Bibi and her husband Juan not only lined up the right properties for us to see (they listened to our every requirement) but also showed us around the area, told us about the history of Cape Coral, plans for the future of the community and much more. There was no pressure whatsoever! In fact, we couldn't find the perfect property for us in the limited time we spent in Cape Coral, so a few days after we returned home to So. California Bibi kept looking and called us with a perfect property that had just listed! Everything was done "long distance" but every detail was taken care of as if Bibi was next door to us. We can't wait to relocate to Cape Coral, especially when the first experience in that beautiful community was made so pleasant by Bibi, Juan and everyone they work with!
