Seller reviewJan was instrumental in selling our home. We had several issues with closing and she followed up with all the parties to be sure our house sold. She also calmed me down while waiting on getting our issues resolved. I would recommend Jan as an agent!

Seller reviewJan sold us the house when we built it 23 years ago and did an excellent job then, so choosing her to sell it again was easy. She was extremely patient with us and helped us overcome many hurdles, which included "down-sizing" after living in our home for 23 years, Hurricane Ian, and a problem with mold in our cabana bath. Jan was always professional, very patient, and gave us good advice when offers were made. She helped us through the eventual closing process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is selling (or buying) in the Cape Coral area. A couple of the other agents left lights on in the house after leaving, the front door unlocked, and the A/C running at a very low temp at various times. Jan spoke to them about these problems, another plus in her favor since she "protected" our investment. Another point about Jan's dedication is that she was working through re-building her home after Ian while she was trying to deal with us! This made double her work load, but she persevered.
