Seller reviewI did contract paperwork 2/1, Melissa posted listing 2/2 & by 2/3 had 5-6 showings lined up for 2/4. I had friends staying in my condo that week so she worked with them for timing showings as to not inconvienence them. We only showed that Thursday & had an offer over asking that we accepted.
